Bundy Bash Trip:
12th to the 15th of May
Come and enjoy the subtropical Bush and Beach atmosphere of Bundaberg with a Local. Enjoy beachfront camping and driving, to bush exploration of some of the local forestry’s and come across upper reaches of the Burnett river and Ice cold waterholes.
Leaving Friday morning at 07:30 for a 4 hour run to Woodgate to camp at Burrum Point. Burrum point is only a small camp ground with 13 camp sites only, however there is a caravan park as well in Woodgate itself about 5 mins drive from Burrum point, both have showers and toilets. There is no open fires at Burrum point so you will need a fuel stove of some description, Oz Pigs are ok.
This trip does require 2 days leave for the Friday and the Monday, however if people want to join who can’t get leave from work are most welcome to join us. I also can’t stress enough to get your spot booked at Burrum point so we are all together, But as mentioned there is a caravan park in Woodgate as well very close by.
